A customer brought us this litespeed to polish and put new graphics on this is before we polished the frame.

And this is her with all her graphics installed.  Almost like new again. If ya have a bike that needs a little help give us a call.

A customer wanted their women’s road bike painted so she told us what to paint on it and she even helped us paint it. You can have what you want. All you have to do is dream it up.

Cannondale Part 2.

So all the brake bosses have been ground off and it’s off to the sand blaster to get the paint off. Then we will weld on the disc brake tabs and get her ready for the body work. This bike should be finished in a few weeks. Stay tuned for updates!

Carbon Fiber Frame Fixes.

So it finally happened. That ultra lightweight carbon fiber frame got into a accident. As tough as it is Carbon fiber does have it’s drawbacks. It will break. Sometimes it can be fixed. Sometimes it can’t, it all depends on how bad it is. These frames were either dropped off of the car carrier or they were involved in an accident. They are being shown in the first stages of repair. When they are all finished we will show you how they turned out in the end.

This is a close up og the Whites Industries front hub. We used Whites Industries hubs with a flip flop hub on the rear. So you can Fixie or Freewheel it’s up to you.

Steve’s Foes Weasel…

This is Steve’s Foes Weasel. Since it’s the bosses bicycle he went all out on the paint. And he added special touches to the bicycle that have meaning to him specifically.

Steve Camo d the paint job on this Foes.

All the mods to the cable guides have been done. The swing arm has been fixed like the other Foes Weasel we are working on.

This Foes is a must see in person. The amount of detail work is eye catching. Steve really worked hard on this paint scheme and it really shows.

This is one sweet Weasel. It does everything he needs it too. A great Foes that was worth saving and rebuilding. If you have one that you want redone get a hold of Steve at 208-755-4921. Erick’s Foes Weasel…

I got a killer deal on a brand new never built up Foes Weasel. So we are going to do her up proper.

This Foes is going to get converted to disc in the rear. As well as the cable guides changed for disc like the other Weasel.

The triple cable guide will be taken off and replaced with a single one.

The brake posts will be cut off and erased. Just like the other Weasel. This frame will be repainted and given the full treatment. Since it is being made for Erick from my shop this will be a very personal build up of the frame. He will be working on it as time permits. Stay tuned. More to Come!!

Foes Weasel Rebuild.

Well here we go with another Foes Weasel. This frame already has the new disc brake cable guides on it. And the shifter cable guide moved to the right side of the frame.

Here is a close up of the cable guides welded on the frame.

This is the Front Derailleur cable guide.

This swing arm was broken. So we put a piece of aluminum on it to stiffen it back up and welded the cracks back up.

These are close ups of the welds we did on the swing arm. My personal Foes Weasel is fixed just like this. Works great. Ridden mine a lot downhill and it is holding up great. No problems after the fix.
